- Giving the gift of Johnny Was this year? Our partner carriers recommend ordering no later than 12/13/24 for Domestic Ground shipping and 12/17/24 for International Shipping for Holiday Arrival. For more information on shipping times, click here.
- Enjoy extended returns this holiday season! Eligible merchandise purchased starting 11/1/24 through 12/16/24 may be returned until 1/15/25. For eligible purchases made after 12/16/24, our standard 30-day return window will apply.

- Johnny Was recognizes the value of a personalized touch with every purchase and offers gift wrapping, messages and receipts in all our retail stores during the holiday season. If you want to include a special message or gift receipt for your online order, contact Customer Care with your order number for more information.
- At this time, Johnny Was does not offer a full-service exchange option. To ensure you get your preferred size as quickly as possible, we recommend you place a new order right away and follow the returns process for the item you no longer wish to keep.

SHIPPING + Order Status
- Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. As a result, you may receive multiple shipping notifications and tracking numbers.
- Shipping estimates are provided by our partner carriers and Johnny Was is not responsible for any unanticipated delays.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding, U.S. and company observed holidays.
- Expedited orders placed after 9am PST may not ship until the following business day and may not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
- To check on your order status, you can easily do this by logging into your account and clicking on Order History, OR if you do not have an account and check out as a Guest, you can check your order status here
Promotions + Payments

- Johnny Was gladly offers a price adjustment for items purchased at full price within 14 days of your order being placed. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
- At the time of order placement, an authorization (or pending payment hold) is obtained for online orders. Once your order ships, your payment method is charged for the items that ship.
- For orders that ship separately, you may see multiple authorizations and multiple settlements. These separate settlements will reflect the total purchase amount when combined.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are paid to the carrier directly.
Return Inquiries
- US Online Orders returned by mail will be processed within 2 weeks of return ship date.
- US Online Orders returned to store will be processed within 24-48 hours of return drop-off.
- International Online Orders returned by mail will be processed within 3 weeks of return ship date.
- Purchases made in-store may be returned in-person or by mail to a Johnny Was Retail Store (excludes Outlet stores). Find your closest store here. Original payment method is required.
- Once your return is processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent, and your refund will be posted within 3-5 business days.

Retail Stores
- Coming Soon – Johnny Was Cary, North Carolina
- If you placed a pick-up in-store order, please wait for your email confirming your order is ready for pick-up before visiting the store. Once your order is confirmed and ready for pick up, the store will hold the items for 3 business days. Orders not picked up within 3 business days will be canceled.
- Price Adjustment requests for in-store purchases must be completed by a Johnny Was Retail Store. Please stop by or contact your local Johnny Was retail location with your sales receipt or transaction ID.
