JOHNNY WAS offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders (excluding HI/AK/PR).
Orders are shipped business days only, Monday through Friday. Johnny Was does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

Due to the additional safety measures we’re employing to help protect our teams, you may experience temporary delays in the shipment of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to impacts caused by COVID-19, shipping couriers worldwide are experiencing increased delays in delivery and tracking information. While this might mean packages are taking a little longer than normal to arrive, they are still being delivered successfully. For additional details on the transit path, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days, unless you select an alternative.
We ship to PO Box and APO/FPO Box addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping for these locations at this time.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing your order.
During the holidays our shipping times may vary.

SHIPPING STATUS
Johnny Was partners with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Information regarding any backordered or out-of-stock items will be included in a separate email. You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review your order status and obtain a tracking number.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
There are three ways to track your order.

Log into your customer account on our website. You can view your order history and track each individual order you have placed.

Tracking information is available by visiting the carrier's website. Once there, enter your tracking number and review the most up-to-date information regarding your package. For international orders, please visit www.dhl.com to retrieve the most up-to-date information.
